The Legislative Branch and Executive Branch Committee serves as a subject matter committee for the purpose of reviewing the provisions of the Ohio Constitution dealing with the legislative branch and executive branch of Ohio government, the militia, apportionment and districting, term limits, and livestock care standards, as well as the general topic of global, statewide, and regional economic development, including Sections 2 through 42 of Article II (Legislative), Article III (Executive), Article IX (Militia), Article XI (Apportionment), Article XIV (Livestock Care Standards Board).
