The Judicial Branch and Administration of Justice Committee serves as a subject matter committee for the purpose of reviewing the provisions of Article I (Bill of Rights) of the Ohio Constitution dealing with all rights under justice, including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 10a, 12, 14, 15, and 19a. In addition, the Committee shall review the provisions of the Ohio Constitution dealing with the judicial branch of Ohio government, as well as the general topics of judicial organization, the criminal and civil justice systems, and the rights of the criminally accused, including all sections of Article IV (Judicial).
