Rules of Procedure and Conduct

The Rules of Procedure and Conduct (“Rules”) are adopted for the purpose of providing structure to the Commission that is not otherwise set forth in statute, a procedural framework for conducting its business, and guidance for the conduct of Commission members and staff while engaging in the activity their positions require.
